Time off work? -call centre

Hey girls any advice on time recommended to take off work if it’s a call centre job which doesn’t require much physical activity?

Hey hun I had my BA yesturday and I’m back in work next Thursday. I had overs which is a quicker recovery time. Unders take longer and are more painful so I would take at least 2 weeks off xx

I’m having unders and I work in an office with not much physical activity either and i’m taking a week off…I’m hoping i can go back sooner as i get soooo bored just sat doing nothing, but i think i might be being a little too optimistic! :p xx

Mines next Friday I manage a call centre and am back at work 6 days after xx
