Hey hun if u have had unders make sure you have plenty of protein (fish, chicken, red meat) to help ur muscle repair! Also vitamin b, magnesium and zinc. I drank lots of pineapple juice to reduce swelling. I also ate Prunes to help with constipation which usually comes after all of the meds. Have as much fresh fruit and veg as possible and try not to have too much salt either and drink plenty of water! Hope tht helps
