So my day has finally come and I am so nervous! Getting ready to leave for the hospital and I am so hungry! I cannot wait to have some food and a decent drink. Will keep you all updated and a picture is yet to follow ?
I’ve wanted this since I was 14 years old, and at the age of 19 I am going for it! Such an amazing but emotional feeling. See you on the boobie side girls xx
Mine was yesterday? Good luck babe! You have nothing to worry about your in good hands! ???
Good luck Amber. I’m there on Thursday. Very giddy! Xx
Good luck chick might see you there.. 2 o’clock admission is a pain in the Arse xx
Look fab Amber!! I had mine done yesterday! Such a relief when it’s all over! And im touch wood the pain isn’t half as bad as I expected, and sleeping upright was much easier than I thought!! Glad your happy with them ? Xx
@gemma-louise92 thank you! How did your op day go yesterday? 🙂 it is a relief it’s over isn’t it! Now to look after them. I’ve also had no pain at all do we are lucky, hopefully we continue to be this lucky. I’m going to add you as a friend, sleeping upright won’t be a favourite for me! Xx
so happy for you ?you look so well after surgery. what time was ur op and when was you able to leave the hospital?
@kirsty88 i honestly was fine! I was worried for the first half hour being at the hospital but then all the nerves went and I was so chilled! Had no pain just a little discomfort. I went down around 2 and was back up and drinking at 3:30, I was allowed to leave at 6 due to being able to eat, walk and drink with no hassle. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! Have you had your op yet? X
@amber18 Awww that’s good then ?. You honestly don’t look like uve just had surgery. My op is on Monday 18th and I’m petrified now, I keep worrying about things like what if it gets cancelled etc. Is there any tips you can give of what you never expected to happen or things you wish you’d know before you went? I’m so please for you xx
Would you say it’s best to get eating, drinking and moving ASAP? Xx
@kirsty88 thanks hun! Honestly babe don’t worry, ive been such a stress head for the past week but as soon as I got there i calmed down so much and the staff are amazing! Nothing will happen and you are in safe hands! Enjoy the day because it went far too quick for me.. Advice to you is try not to work yourself up and just look forward to having boobs! They encourage you to drink water and I did and felt amazing! I ate and then stood up and felt fine but listen to your body, don’t strain yourself. Advice also would be talk till your hearts content, it’ll take your mind off things.. I actually waited to have my op on my own and I’m glad I did! Thank you, I’m excited for you! Not long to go, do you know what size ect you’re having? Xx
@Amber18 thank you so much, I’ve literally been panicking and had nightmares lol. I am super excited but the stress is slightly taking over ??. No not long at all to go…….. He said 350cc or 375 it’s my choice on the day but I want 375 lol. I’m going for under a but again he’s left it up to me the only thing he’s definitely chose is the position at ultra high profile ???. Feel like it’s winging it a bit so I think that’s what’s made me worse worrying wise. What did you pack in your hospital bag? Sorry if I’m being a pain xx
@kirsty88 that’s completely normal, you’re entering the unknown so you’re bound to worry! I was the exact same so you’re not alone. I went for 375cc over the muscle and as you can see I’m happy I did! It’s hard choosing a size isn’t it, I had a nightmare with it ? don’t forget to start taking your brusing tablets! Especially since you’re going under the muscle. You’re not being a pain, I love to help people out.. So I took a book, colouring book and also a wordsearch book, my phone charger, obviously my phone, spare knicks, my toothbrush just in case, roll on (don’t wear any on the day, you can after your op though), I took my Macom and just my asda sports bra just in case the Macom didn’t fit but it did perfectly, I took my three drinks 1 fizzy 1 water and 1 juice, my slippers were important and my dressing gown, my water bottle with the built in straw, a heat pad just in case for my back, my stool softeners to take after the op to prevent bloating and it has so far! My bruising tablets, snacks for after op, and my travel pillow. Just make sure youre all packed correctly, makes your day less stressful. I bought the WiFi whilst I was there and can honestly say I didn’t get bored once! I’m excited for you xx
They look good I’m so pleased it’s all done . How you feeling xx
Hi Amber – I was just going to ask exactly the same thing as Kirsty. I’m there tomorrow – can feel yet another last minute shopping trip coming on! Kirst – When are you having your surgery ? Xx
@kirsty88 @nikki1973 they are called nelsons Arnica, they are at holland and barret! If you get some ask for the strongest dose and the pillules form. They help with brusing and swelling, worth trying girls! I started taking mine a day before my op. They don’t mention it at your pre op but I saw loads of girls mentioning it on here.. It’s safe to take with the meds they give you afterwards as well xx
@Amber18 I was told at my pre op to take nothing at all not even vitamins ?? hope it’s safe then. I will get some to take the day before if they are. Thank you so much Amber uve been a great help.
@Nikki1973 I’m in on Monday at Preston. Haven’t got an admission time yet tho. Where a outs are you going and what are you having? Xx
Ahhh that’s good then. My PC left just after I booked my surgery and haven’t heard from or spoken to anyone other then the receptionist since and that was in May ??. I think it’s a bit bad really but what can I do?
Honestly @Amber18 you have helped so much your amazing. Thank you xx
@kirsty88 oh no, didn’t they give you a new pc? The girls at the reception are pretty helpful though. No problems hunni, I’ve had so much help on this forum and it meant so much to me so I know what it’s like to get help off others. If you need me just give me a message, good luck for your op and try not to stress too much because honestly it is nothing! And you’ll wake up with a lovely set of boobies xx
Amber, you look fabulous. How are you feeling today? I had my surgery on Monday and yesterday was quite tough and painful. I had a good nights sleep last night though and feel a lot better today. I had 450 cc overs. It feels weird to finally have boobs! X
Hi Kirsty, I’m in Preston tomorrow with dr Mounir for uplift and implants. It’s all feeling very real. So excited but nervous at the same time! Xx
@Amber18 I only knew my PC had left because after a week of no reply to my emails I phoned up and was told by the receptionist she said my new PC is Kimberley and I asked if she could give me a call and I haven’t heard a thing from her. My receptionist might aswell be my pc. I’m sure you’ll hear from me before Monday chick but thanks again. Will post an update once done ??.
@Nikki1973 I know what you mean this week is flying by lol. Good luck for 2moro chick and keep me updated. I’m here if you want to chat can’t wait to see your outcome Hun. What size are you having? Xx
@kirsty88 the Nottingham clinic is so bad aren’t they, they had me waiting an hour for an appointment And in the end I just left without seeing the surgeon. My surgery is Friday and I still haven’t had my admission time, I’m dreading the after care already, it’s the waiting around that annoys me like it’s worse then a doctors surgery x
@chantel13 I know Hun, I literally don’t know what to say to them tbh. It’s shocking that jade was so helpful then out the blue leaves and nobody has the decency to inform me or even contact me since ?. Like it isn’t a stressful time as it is. I’ve literally been asking Aimee on reception for anything I need. Have you rang them for an admission time? Who’s ur surgeon? Xx
@kirsty88 I rang them today and Aimee who tbh is really helpful and Hayley told me she didn’t know and might not know today, this really annoyed me because I have kids and need to sort out childcare so I sent that Kimberley who I’ve never even met (might be that stern looking blonde women) a text and about an hour later I got an email saying my admission time is 11am so I’m really happy now lol, and that time is perfect. I’ve got mr kazzazi in Doncaster xx
@Chantel13 you must have gave her some go go juice with that email cuz I’ve just had my admission time ???? so what ever you did say thank you soooo much lol. Are you all sorted and ready? Xx
I got 11 Hun lol. I’m sure you’ll be ready in time. I’ve found this week has flown by I’ve got hardly anything sorted ?. Need to pack three kids up ready for staying at their grandparent yet ??? xxx
@helenlouisew thank you so much! I’ve been okay tbh, a little discomfort due to all the swelling but I’m handling it okay ? couldn’t be happier with how they are looking and cannot wait to see the changes over the next few weeks! How are you feeling now? I’ve been keeping on top of my meds and that’s probably why I don’t feel too bad. Sleeping for me is a pain, I can’t sleep much! I bet your results will be amazing! A lovely size 450cc is! Isn’t it lovely to wear a top and see boobs though! Xx
Amber, I’m so pleased with my results. The pain is less today but I’m finding it hard to sit myself up in bed or do much. I’m sure by next week it will be easier. It’s great to have boobs xx
@maxine21 so sorry I haven’t replied sooner, I have only just noticed your comment! Thank you so much, I feel fab today I’m just bored with recovery now haha! Xx
@helenlouisew so good to hear your happy! That’s half the battle done. Recovery isn’t as hard as I thought it would be, have you found that? Wearing even a simple tee makes the girls look good ? xx
@amber so glad to hear your recovery is going well. I’m really quite surprised how well I feel considering I had the uplift and implants. I’m not in any pain at all – it all just feels a bit tight but not sure how much of that is the compression from the macom bra. The only thing I am struggling with is a very bloated tummy. I’m trying to walk around regularly but it’s not easing. Has anyone else suffered with bloating? Xx
