Today's the day !! ?

The day has arrived … My admission time was 9am ..we did arrive very early – around 8.20. We were taken straight up to my room and given the gown, wonderful paper knickers & stockings to change into. Basic obs were done straight away.
Mr Marcellino came in at 9.10 and we chatted about the possibility of going to a 400cc – having read posts on here I was concerned I may walk away with the ‘wish I’d gone bigger’ doubt. My original size guide was 325-375 . He immediately said 400 would be too big for me and we’re going with 375cc mod+ Which I’m very happy about. He took a picture and drew me up !
Straight after the aneasthatist came in …chat and signed paperwork…then the nurse …went through what happens afterwards. Everyone is very nice and friendly.
Should be off to get my boobs about 10.30 ??

Update …. I’m safely back at home … So far so good no real pain has kicked in yet. My right boob has bit more swelling than the left which is nothing to worry about ..
Drain removal is absolutely fine …didn’t realise one was even done !
Helen .. Thank you ..I’m feeling absolutely fine .. Bit teary and bit tired but considering what I have just had done ..I’m good ? The paper knickers are a wardrobe essential haha ?

Hey Bev, hope your well and managed to get a good sleep in.
I’m in a lot of pain today, especially when I’m trying to sit up. Woke up every few hours during the night with it, Just wondering if any pain has kicked in for you yet? I’m such a panicker! Ha ha xxx

Hi Rosie … So far pain hasn’t kicked in …I had painkillers at 11 last night and haven’t taken any so far today yet .. I feel tight across top of chest and I am becoming ‘aware’of my boobs now with movement if that makes sense … I’m going to hold out on painkillers until I kind of feel where I’m going to get hit by it.
I didn’t fall into a proper sleep last night ..had my antibiotics at 12 and was just upright relaxed with eyes closed haha I was awake at 5 and had antibiotics again at 6 xx I drifted a bit after that but am up and on my way back to Somerset shortly so see how I do with long car journey xx

I think look on the bright side ..your getting all your pain out the way now …mines still to come haha xx

@bevv ahh Iv seen your boobies! They look amazing already! Look just like mine did after surgery! I get my tape of at 6pm! Il make sure I put a picture for you to see! Happy healing ??
