Hi Girls, Was wondering if anyone else has been told they need an uplift with their breast enlargement? after after two children i have been left with size C cup saggy boobs i went for a consultation with transform and they told me if i was to have an breast enlargement to have an uplift also or it would be pointless. i am going to go for a consultation with mya but afraid i will be told the same again. Transform also said if i have another child after a enlargement and uplift my boobs will drop again.
Has anyone been told they need an uplift but only gone ahead with the breast enlargements? what was the out come. any information will be appreciated. thank you x
When i had my first surgeon consultation i was told id need an uplift aswell as a BA. I was absolutley gutted. And cried lol After a week of research and support from the girls on here ive come to terms with it 🙂 They will look much better with an uplift. I also have saggy c cup boobs. The scars arent even as bad as you’d think and it seems after a year they’re nearly invisible!! KELBELS uplift and BA is amazing. It was one of the reasons i came to terms with the news myself 🙂 However if your nipples are still in the middle of the breast ive been told dr singh will usually do just a BA with a larger implant. I couldnt have that option as my nipples pointed down x
Feel free to add me.i had an uplift 5 weeks ago xxx
Hey huni I have 3kids the 3rd took the last bit out of my breast I was 38gg then down to 38dd had my uplift a year ago was told no point in just having a BA as I would be n year for a uplift and the 1st op would be waste of time my surgeon ask me if I would having anymore children which is fine as I’m not and told me not to put any more wight on as this can course them to sagg again feel to add me x
Kelbel added you x
Sian i feel gutted too, its been playing on my mind. Not only that , but ii feel like i have to make the decision now to whether or not i want another child in the future as i dont want to go all out to then have a baby and go through it all again as been told they will drop again after pregnancy. i really want nice big full boobs thou xxx
added you Julie x
Thanks ayesha so did they advise you not to have anymore after your op? x
Yeah he asked me if I finished having kids but end of day you maybe ok to have children again they maybe fine as there is lot young girls that have had uplifts and have no children plus if the do sagg you can always get them done again xx
I also think I’m going to be told this, I’m hoping I can just have implants, hope you girls don’t mind adding you. It’s sounds like your in the same situation as me x
Im in the exact same boat.. i think if they told me i need an uplift its really going to put me of!:( dont even like the sound of unders! Hopefully we all get what we want :)xx
My friend got told that she needed an uplift aswell but she said she only wanted inplants but she went for the biggest size inplant so dont think it made too much of a difference. She said she wasn’t bothered what she looked like naked lol xxx
Yep I’ve been told I’d need an uplift, absolutely gutted, I knew my boobs were bad but not as bad as the surgeon said! I don’t care about the scars to be honest anymore. Just scared about recovery with the kids, I’ve heard it’s longer! Xxx
What size are you now if you don’t mind me asking Kate? I’ve sent you a request. I’m dreading being told this to:( x
Well I always wear 32Dd-34D because any smaller cuts the side bottom of my boobs but they are always empty, but my surgeon reckons I’m a A-b in actual breast tissue 🙁 I think it’s mainly just skin urgh! Xxx
I’m a small d/ large c, and also have empty boobies:( I’m dreading going for a consultation and being told I need a uplift to, probz why I’ve put of having it for so long. The joys of breastfeeding!! My boobs were perfect before:( x

I thought I may need a uplift too after having 3 pregnancies. Mr Traynor measured from my collar bone to the nipple and said id be fine with a larger implant – or I could have a uplift with a smaller implant. Think the guide is over 20cm- 25cm or so would recommend a uplift- mine measures 21cm -also i think this depends on height too. I’m 5ft 7 . As if I was smaller the 21cm would of looked lower down on someone 5ft for example.
I was the same I was a 34d but mostly skin probably only a c going off actual breast tissue, I had a uplift and 340cc and I’m now a perky 34ff!! My scars are nearly invisible now it was def worth the bigger op x
Hayley how big did you have to go, in order to not have the uplift? xx
I was told I needed a lift but just had implants! Add if you want I have just put up pics xx 🙂
Hi, I had my consultation with my PC a few days ago and was told the same thing. The thought of having that op really puts me off, I only want an enlargement. I was told to see what Mr Traynor suggests when I meet him next week. I’m also very undecided about overs or unders .. Again told to see what he says. Khloe is it ok to add you to see how you look ?? X
You could ask for bigger implants at the day they will go saggy in in year or two so u will be talking a big risk and it will be waste of cash and end up paying out more cash for a uplift x
I think that I also needed an uplift due to breastfeeding and nipples pointing down but was told that if I had bigger implants then I wouldn’t need an uplift so went with the surgeons advice however 3 months po I am not happy with the way they look. I asked for natural look but expected them to sit a bit higher to what they are and I voiced my concerns at my 3 months check. I was told that I had a long chest and that is why they are so low but I don’t believe that for a minute. Also my right breast didn’t look as big as the left and he said that I had to start massaging the right one quite hard to avoid cc and he spent nearly 20 mins doing it and I was shouting out in agony and then heard a crack which he said was the implant as it had started going hard. Didn’t realise you could handle them that rough. If anyone is experiencing the same thing, I would really like to hear from you as it’s starting to get me down now and wishing I had never bothered in the first place xx
