Bring magazines, drinks, any snacks you may want, mints or sweets to suck on after, charger for phone, comfy clothes that are easy to get on for after operation!! Good luck x

Hi Hun I took my kindle but found I was so tired I just wanted to nap all the time! I would take snacks as you will feel hungry, I ate straight away but felt so sick after – just take your time and be calm it’s all over in a flash!
I took my friend with me who encouraged me to take lots of pictures as – hopefully – you will only do it once and it’s an experience so snap away Hun!
I’m so glad I did now because I have been looking back at them and smiling to my self !

Good luck for today and just remember if you have a lot of pain that each day it will get better.. I took tracksuit with wide legs and was so easy to dress in.. I found a still luzoade drink really helped me on the drive home.. as did the nice cushion for seat belt x

Just scared I won’t cope with the pain I have a 3 year old daughter as well. Lucky my mum is having her tonight x

That’s great! I don’t think you should judge them right away as there is going to be a lot of changes in the following weeks, I’m sure their fab xx
