Tomorrow! :-)

Hi ladies, I have my op tomorrow… the day is finally arriving! First in at 7.45 and feeling a mix of excitement and. nervousness! Today has been written off so that I can finish cleaning the house to my standards (!!) and then I’ve started getting a few things ready that I’ll need to hand. My other half has taken two days off work but then he’s back on night shifts on Saturday so hoping I’ll be ok to manage independently then! Hopefully this sounds manageable??

Just wanted to say thank you to those on here who have helped in my sizing choices and put my mind at rest over niggles etc… im not going with Mya, but this forum really has been a great way to get lots of helpful advice and to chat to others who have the same worries!

Will keep you posted over the next few days 🙂 xx

I keep looking in my bag that I’ve packed to check I’ve got everything… deep cleaned the house too and now I just can’t sit down. Need tomorrow to hurry up!

Hi Claire not too bad thanks could be worse I was all done and dusted by 10ish but finding the recovery a bit tricky. I was in the recovery room for an hour as kept needing more morphine and haven’t had any lunch yet just managed half a slide of toast over 3 hours! Not been sick but keep feeling very nauseous and drowsy, constantly dozing still xx

Aww hope you come around soon. Drink plenty of water hun it will help. At least you’re all done now… yey xxx

Hey I haven’t had any pain at all yet, I was out by 11.30 and love them already I’ve not stood up yet though to see them properly. I’ve had loads of water and jam on toast and a little nap 🙂 hope I’ll be out soon. I’ve not had my drains took out yet though xxx

happy boobies day!! im 3 weeks post op tomorrow, recovery is an adventure and a half haha ;D

Jane Marie hope you managed to get discharged and that you’re feeling well? They’ve said I’m not well enough to leave and still getting pain relief and antibiotics through a drip from time to time. My surgeon thinks it will be late morning when I can go home 🙁

Kamilla – thank you! I got up before to nip to the toilet and saw them in the mirror only with my bra on but so so pleased. I know it’ll all be worth it. Oh I can imagine especially after today! How did you find your recovery?
