Tomorrow!!! Admission time 9am first trust

I know Rachel I’m so impatient but know I’ve just got to take it easy!! I just chilled in bed last night with movies and set my alarm every 4 hours during the night I had a really good sleep and still not feeling pain, I’m probably jinxing myself and tomorrow ill be in loads of pain!! Haha they are just so swollen I think do they swell more on second day? When does the swellon start to go down my boyfriends coming too see me tonight think he’s going to have a heart attack haha! Sue and mez how are you’s doing?? And is this strange I got discharged without seeing mr traynor? And anyone out there mr T is a boobie god!!!!!! I 150% recommend him he is amazing!!! And first trust hospital staff were all lovely couldn’t of made me have a better day if they tried!! 😀 xxx

Mr T. never came in to see me either before being discharged. Had to slip my phone number to one of the nurses!!

Your experience sounds just like mine @daisy, all is going well (fingers crossed), but I’m on my own today so gonna be as lazy as poss because I have muscle ache. Going for a walk after a nap then I’ve got workmen coming later, ill have to make sure my boobies are kept under wraps coz the feel massive 😉 xx

Yea I was under the impression I was going to see me traynor before I left too but didn’t see him. Not to worry.
The swelling takes a while to go down, I still have swelling I think or it may just be the hardness I can see/feel. Just take it easy girls, it’s easy to start doing things you shouldn’t be in the afternoon when it doesn’t feel too bad but it’s night and morning it comes back with a vengeance! I’m day 7 today, hardly took any pain killers yday and by heck woke up sore this morning xxx

I think it’s wise to keep the painkillers in your system, which I’m going to do today. I’ll just keep up with the Dulcolax too, because I don’t want to be bunged up as that is painful. I had a course of co-codamol about 7/8 months ago and I couldn’t “go” for 5 days, it was an awful feeling, but Dulcolax worked a treat and was a welcome relief!! xx

I really want to thank him! Yeah I’m just gonna keep up with my meds and finish the course of them regardless if I’m in pain or not! I’ve just got out of bed to go to loo and chest does feel tighter today but apart from that feel okay just abut achey! My auntie just popped in and I’ve got seal of approval from her that there not too big haha so I’m pleased before my mam gets to see them later! Think am gonna put an ice pack on them 20 mins on 20 mins off…. I’ve also been taking arnica and can’t see any bruising yet which is a good sign! Can u rub bio oil on top of boobs? XXX

Yea u can rub bio oil on top. I didn’t take arnica and haven’t got any bruising, there’s no research to suggest it works or not. I did finish all my meds, finished the co-codamol they gave me in about 4 days as was taking them every 4 hours. So fortunately my mum had some of them in because my pain stretched beyond the 4 days that they’d prescribed me with. Im just on paracetamol and ibuprofen now and I finish my 7 day antibiotics today xxx

Think ill start putting the bio oil on the top incase of any stretch marks! Yerp I’ve got my alarms on repeat very 4 hours to take the co codamol like you said! You’ve had unders so I’m sure you’ve been so brave with the pain! I heard its meant to be so much worse then having overs, so well done to you Rachel! 😀 I’m hoping in 2 weeks time the swelling will of hopefully went down 🙂 xx

its just for you really @daisy because sooo stiff in a morning so your grateful of it, because had you not had it through the night, you can only imagine how much it word hurt when you first wake up! ouch! hope your feeling ok today! Im 7 days today, mine are a little tight but only had 2 paracetamol this morning and my antibiotics so prob due a couple more soon. xx
