Tomorrow is the day and I'm getting nervous

Hey girls,

It’s my op tomorrow and I’m getting really nervous, I was already struggling to sleep yesterday and I’m feeling quite sick to my stomach. I wasn’t scared till this point ????

It hit me when I arrived at the hospital..you will be fine the staff at preston were lovely and to be honest it went really quick when inarrived as i didnt have time to worry with the doctors coming in and out

Hey Nadia, Louise is right, the day goes so quick once you arrive and every one is so lovely and cant do enough for you (i was at Fitzroy)
But nerves are normal, i get so scared with hospitals like i proper freak out, cant even look at a needle without fainting haha so if i can do it anyone can 🙂
I just messaged my friend while i was waiting to take my mind off of it and it helped and when i started feeling nervous going down to surgery i took deep breaths and that really helped me not freak out. The anesthetists are so good as well, they will take your mind off of everything while they’re doing their bit.

I was exactly the same, excited the whole way then when I left work the night before the nerves started kicking in. It’s a very relaxing day believe it or not you’ll be fine and it’ll be over before you know it xxx
