G cup means nothing without a band size….. 30G will be a lot smaller than a 38G for example…… I had 450mod plus Boux ave measured me a 34F and I measured myself on boob or bust 30G (32FF) also fits as if u go down/up a band size u also do with the cup…. I def dont think they look what I thought an f/g cup looked if anything I would of gone bigger, some people haven’t noticed in clothes and as they gradually get bigger I think this is y I don’t think they are that big, I’d say bigger implants are 500cc+ ….. 400 is a good size implant your prob measure about an E cup…. the only thing u have to think of with the bigger implants is getting bras in your size the bigger you are the less choice you have but upto an F cup your ok though some brands only go up to an E cup, I’ve not had s problem with it there’s been the odd bra I couldn’t get in my size but it depends on what your preference on underwear is, I’d say looking at bras May help to decide what size u want to be….. I don’t think your be too big with that size your surgeon wouldn’t suggest something that would make you look out of proportion unless you went in and said you wanted huge boobs and to look like Katie Price (which would take more than one BA) 350 from what I’ve seen your be about a DD/E but it depends on how much breast tissue u have, I’m basing that on you being slim with no more than a b cup only from what I’ve seen I’m now about 15weeks post op xx
