Too much info- diarrhea

Sorry ladies too much info, but has any had diarrhea after their surgery? I had my ba and rhino on Monday and since yesterday my stomach has been making weird noises and when I go to the toilet it’s very loose, I don’t need to keep going or anything just when I do go it’s like that.
