    Hi,
    I used to be 22 stone and have lost 79KG in weight through exercise and eating well – To say I am addicted to the gym would be an understatement. I have my enlargement booked for 22nd February just wondered how girls got on with training after the operation, already panicking about not being able to go to the gym 🙁 luckily I will prep my food so that stays good!
    Any help please xxx

    Ahh hun i know your worry im 8 days po. An i workout everyday without fail. Gym freak! Lift etc an im going to attempt lower body an tredmill this week coming. Just allways keep diet in check. A girl posted a post about gym think she called it exercise if you search on the bar. Shes called alannah was really helpful xx

    I know how you feel i lost alot of weight. I do crossfit religiously 4 times a week. Mr traynor told me i can go back after 6 weeks as long as i dont run or jump and use an empty barbell / bodyweight. He said i can lower body only a few weeks before that eg bike. As soon as i feel able im gonna walk a few km every day. Ive also got a nutrition coach through my gym who is gonna help me while i cant train. Got a family wedding abroad in may where my new boobs will be unveiled so want to look my best.
