Transform .. Unsure if surgeon listened

So I’ve been to mya and I’ve been to transform for consultations .. I came away from transform a little uneasy… I tried to explain to my surgeon Mahadel that I wanted the false look boobs I love really high implants and that nice gap ya get between them.. I didn’t seem like he was listening he just kept saying but you want them natural.. And the implants seemed like all the weight was at the bottom.. I know through having a couple of consultations I can go to pretty much any size as I’m an average B cup now.. And when I asked them about them sitting low he said well they can do.. And it really worried me.. As there’s no before and after photos .. Unlike mya.. However mya. Are more expensive but at least ya can see what ya getting and know it’s what you want and not what the surgeon does…
Please can anyone help me is this normal and have I asked for two much wanting this look?..

I didn’t like transform. I have a big thing about handshakes and the pc hand the crappest handshake ever. It was like she thought I had germs haha!! The vibe I got from mya was fab and I booked it there and then. I had mr traynor and he gave me 5 sizes to chose from (and he had a good strong handshake!!! 😀 ) The aftercare for mya seems much better too cos they cover all grades of capsulation xx

I was so happy with them. 25 days to go. Im just so pleased I got the natrelle implants for the same price that transform wanted the cui! Xx

I had a bad experience when i had my consultation with Transform, Mya are wonderful and i haven’t looked back. As for prices in sure Mya would price match and you would get much better service and after care xx

never go with transform full STOP they are about money not YOU and thats the truth lots of friends went with them and thats the reason i went with mya when ever i see there ad on the tv it makes me so mad .I ALSO WENT FOR A CONSULTATION WITH THEM AND THANK GOD MY FRIENDS STOPPED ME GOING NEAR THEM STICK WITH MYA

You’ll find mix opinions about all companies and it depends on the individual which one they click better with I know patients of both companies mentioned here are very happy with results and service..
I’d say realistically there isn’t a specific technique to create a ‘fake’ look after having ba you do have ‘fake’ boobs. Girls with completely flat chest to begin with and very very tight skin end up with a more rounded look then to someone who has plenty tissue prior to surgery.. With time skin stretches and implants do take a more ‘natural’ form inwhich just means more fuller looking, how much the skin stretches depends on every individual depending on lots factors pregnancy, weight gain, weight lose, skin elasticity genetics and anatomy x hope this helps x
