Transgender & anaesthesia fear

Hey ladies. Have any girls with A cup gone 400cc or higher with MYA and had natural looking results? I’m 5’6 and transgender 32A from hormones. I would love to hear other girls experiences going from very small to big. I’m also terrified of anaesthesia, I have asthma and I feel like I’m not gonna wake up or wake up during surgery???? I would really appreciate hearing everyone’s stories

I had my op yesterday, the most the surgeon would offer me was 300ccHP, I ended up going with 295UHP. I was a AA though, I’m presuming with a bit of tissue there and if you went under the muscle you could possibly get up to 400cc. I was also so scared of the anaesthetic, I went to sleep laughing, woke up crying haha but everything was totally fine and it is 1000% worth all of the nerves and mixed emotions. Where you have a small amount of breast tissue they would most likely advise unders, which look very natural. (Overs can look incredibly natural too!)
The anaesthetists put you at ease, I was worried about waking up in surgery and the anaesthetist said there are so many machines that they can tell if you are awake during surgery. They also had me laughing when I went down and made me feel so relaxed, they also inject you with a relaxant in your cannula so even if you are feeling nerves when you’re laying down waiting to go in for surgery they are gone in an instant. I’m such a worrier and had over planned everything, the pain for me hasnt even been too awful and I had 375/400cc unders. I’m Asthmatic and went from literally AAA to currently an E, will be a D with 350cc hp unders with Linda Fiumara. The team are amazing on the day, literally amazing. Your health and safety and comfort is their priority and I had zero problems with my asthma or anaesthetic worries. Didn’t even feel wobbly when I came round, no sickness etc. Im 9 days post op and have only needed my inhaler for the first time today.

I had quite a few wobbles before my surgery as I found the service before surgery frankly appalling with no calls being returned, lost mrsa results etc and was regretting choosing MYA. However on the day and aftercare so far I couldn’t fault a thing. They are all amazing. Wishing you the best of luck.

Hi Elsa you’ll be fine don’t worry xx I’m a worrier I wasn’t too bad up until I was in the room waiting to go in and was a nervous wreck and started to feel like I was going to cry it’s all normal x but ohhhh so worth it x just think how gorgeous you’ll feel and how much confidence you’ll have with lovely big boobies 🙂 I ha big cup size before surgery so can’t really advise on the size it all depends on how much skin you have to fill are you thinking of overs or unders ? Have you got a date set yet for your op ? Hope it all goes well for you and hope you share your journey xxx
