    Hi girls
    Got my post op appointment today with the nurse, I still feel a bit fragile and thinking to go by train… Did anyone use train after a week ?x

    Hey hun. I was one week post-op when I first used the train again for my one week post-op appointment with the nurse. Just take it really easy and be careful not to bump into anyone and you’ll be fine. Happy healing. xxx
