travelling from newport south wales

hi is anyone travelling or has from newport gwent will be going for op nxt fri and am worried, travelling on my own there but p.up on way back. Also has anyone had anybody staying overnight with them wheres the best cheapest place close by

I travelled from Bridgend, South Wales. The journey was fine. My mum stayed in the premier inn. Take a pillow to put accross your chest where the seatbelt goes cos the drive home is uncomfy!!xx
