T stands for textured, S for smooth, R for responsives, S for soft touch, F for full projection (high profile) M moderate, X extra high & L for low profiles xx I thought I was having TSM so textured soft touch moderate profile but turns out I had TRF :/ but I’m happy so doesn’t matter 🙂

Hey hun, the F stands for full, the X for extra. Extra gives more narrow/pointier result, The full is lower projection, wider, less pointy – maybe more natural some would say? There are also moderates and low which are wider and less sticky out. Hope that makes sense? x

Hope I didn’t baffle you hun, it’s all so much to take in also what I should’ve said is extra high profile project outwards further than the others, high profile is the next one down they project out less but still are full outwards, then you have moderates which again project out less than the other 2 & then there’s low profile which project out much less than extra, found this pic for you

Hope it explains better than my waffling 😉 xx

What’s better trf or trx ?

Hi Dana, I would say neither are better, more that you get a slightly different look. The extra have a narrower base and stick out more – maybe more of a ‘pointy’ look. Full are wider based and stick out less. so, you still get the same volume or cc’s, e.g. for 300cc a full would be 11.1cm wide by 4.4com projection, whereas an extra would be 10.8cm wide by 4.9cm projection. All down to the look you’re after, what will fit on your chest, what the surgeon prefers etc. Hope that makes sense???? x

That’s right then Dana – the HP or full will look bigger from the front as they’re wider, and moderate bigger from the font again. And extra, or XHP look bigger from the side – i.e. stick out more/project more than HP or full. x x x
