TRICKED????

I’ve just looked at my book from the hospital, and Responsive Implants have been used when I paid for soft touch!!!!
Nothing I can do now because they’re in but grrrr I am so not happy! I wondered why my PC never contacted me again

Oh and yes I do have rippling haha

Well I’ll be asking for the difference back.

how do you know if they’re responsive/soft touch? checking my book too now just in case. you defo should be entitled to some money back! x

It’s on your boob id card, ashlee did you ask your pc you wanted the soft touch? And sometimes the surgeon writes what is best suited for you sometimes responsive is better for an individual but if you think you’ve already paid the extra defo get that chased up x

Heya babes, its the money Im angry about if that makes sense, she specifically said Soft Touch cause I remember thinking “Oh the more expensive ones!”
I will be telling them on my 6 week appt next week xx

I’m still annoyed about this too babe! My surgeon said that the Soft Touch would be better for me as I breastfed and wanted them to be a s firm as possible and he even wrote it down on the paperwork – but my PC ordered responsives. I too can feel rippling and a lot of it 🙁 xxx

Ok I am confused!! Firstly, how do you feel rippling?

Second, I have no idea what I asked for so there’s no point me checking my card I guess. I think I was told I was having Naturells. What does that mean? Pretty useless considering I should know what’s inside my body!!

@beckybooboo1986 Natrelles come in two types – Soft touch and Responsives. For the rippling – think of a half filled balloon and how if you touch is it gets waves in it…this is basically what it feels like (ripples, waves in the skin) xxx

Soft touch are slightly more expensive. They are firmer, and a little more filled than “Responsives” So a lesser chance of rippling.
Rippling is when you can feel the implant under the skin, its hard to explain, literally feels like little ripples lol

Just checked mine mine are 460 cui allergen but it also says MHP what does that stand for? X

I literally don’t even have my paperwork!!! They didn’t send me away with anything apart from a letter to my gp!!! I’m really worried about this… Obviously if you’ve paid for a better quality you should get some sort of compensation!!! When did you notice the rippling? X

@chlobo I first felt rippling last week at 4 weeks PO, you cant see it so its not so bad but still! Feel like I was conned x

As soon as I read that they had done it to Jade, then I noticed they were unsually soft last week, almost jiggley when I walk! I knew they’d done it to me too! X

@ashlee what does your paperwork say then hun? If they do this to everyone then that’s so bad! Think how much they’re making out of everyone!!! I’m really worried they’ve done it to me too… Mainly it’s playing on my mind as I didn’t get any paperwork! X

Hi @chloe were you given a thick book about the naturelle implants? I had two stickers in the back if that book from the implants left and right with info. I would have missed it but I asked where my warranty was and nurse showed me that.

@Jade thanks for asking yes I am doing ok so far been up and about since I got home earlier Today, I am now 2days post op feeling stiff all over my lower bottom chest and middle and some pressure on the incisions, nurse advised me to put padding around lower crease part and also may be seen infact tomorrow if I am still in pain as my left is causing me discomfort around the incision area other then that I’m prompt up now in bed.
With regards to your concerns about implant size well I personally haven’t looked at mine well I have but not so much as swellin is the first thing you see you have to alow yout skin to stretch as the implant settles and fluffs Out all around. Mine look like torpedoes at the moment lol but not worried as I know once settled it will look fab so will yours yes add is fine xx

Do you get this information and booklet after your op I only got a piece of paper with price etc too ? I have also payed for soft touch naturelles my op is next Monday xx

I’m all confused by this and what all the different things mean. I believe I paid for my soft touch and paid extra, my book says N-TSX – are the correct? Google is useless! Xxx

Can I just ask how do u no there is a price difference between responsive and soft touch they r both naturelle implants I thought the price difference was if u had cui u might find responsive and soft touch r same price as they r very similar and the cui r the cheaper ones I don’t no this for sure but I’m just guessin cuz surely they can’t get away with chargin u a price and not givin u am implant of that price xxx

OMG does that happen often??? Mine don’t feel like that thank god.

@kayleigh22 Yes, there is a price difference in Responsives and Soft touch because soft touch are filled more. My PC wrote them down for me.

Ashlee – Ive just checked my book and ive had the same done to me! Pissed of is an understatement!
I specifically said after to Mr Singh – So ive had 470, Overs and Soft touch and he said yes!!!!!.

Emily – yes you’re given a booklet after the op with your implant details in the back and it’s important to keep those safe I gather.

The hospital group- they are so crap. have breath problem after my nose job with them……my humble request to every one over please please don’t go to them…..
