Trying to get deposit back getting nowhere

Hi, im wondering if there’s a number I can call to get my deposit back which is like mya head office or something as after an experience I’ve had being told by a surgeon not to book surgery when I already had and other things being very unorganized I’ve decided not to go ahead with mya.

I’ve asked for my deposit back 4 times now and am getting absolutely nowhere, it’s taking 4 days to get any response to my emails and I feel like that’s only cos I’m pestering, I struggle to get time to have a phone call as its taken hours for a call back when i have tried which is near impossible due to my work however I’m so annoyed now I want to get this sorted asap, it is a lot of money for a deposit and I’d rather speak to someone higher and get it sorted.

I wouldn’t have thought you’d get your deposit back unfortunately

Hi hun I thought the deposit was as non refundable I could be wrong tho however have you tried the main mya number the ones you would ring to enquiry and book an app xxx

Think refundable if problem on Mya’s side, hope you get a reply,

I had problems getting my money back too! They agreed full refund after hounding them, I called every hour until I spoke to someone that would help! Once it had been agreed it took 21 WORKING days for the money to come back to me! You’ll get it back if you keep calling but it will take a while!!

you can get your deposit back but depending on how many days notice you gave you get a certain amount!
