Tuberous Breast Deformity

Hi all!

I’m new and currently researching into breast a augmentation, I have tuberous breasts and was sexually assaulted as a teen. Both of these have left me with crippling insecurity when it comes to my naked body and in particular my breasts. The only time my boobs look ‘normal’ is when I have erect nipples and it doesn’t last long, they also look too small for the rest of my body even in that state.

Does anyone else have tuberous breasts that have had surgery through MYA?
Anyone know the best doctor to go to?

Good morning . Newbie here. Surgery date booked for 12th Feb with Mr Traynor at Preston.
I have tuberous breasts too and am worried about what size to go for . I’ve been offered 300cc, 325cc and 350cc . Any advice? Wanting to.go for the bigger option and unders . Currently I 34 A. 4 stone weight loss in 3 years so very self conscious of the boobs right now. Xx

Hiya I have tubular breasts and had my BA with Mr mahdi on the 15th December. I’m 11 days post op now. So with this type of breast he also did my a nipple lift. So basically cut around the top half of the nipples and lifted them up to get rid of the pointyish shape! If your nipples are also large (quite common with tubular breasts) they can also reduce the size of them but he said mine didn’t look large enough to warrant doing that and just did the nipple lift. I’d say mine are a bit larger than normal but they should look in proportion now that the rest of my boobs will be bigger. I had 300cc high profile partials which is what he recommended for me but obviously everyone’s frames and surgeons are different! I was in with 2 other girls we all had the same procedures done just different sizes, I’d recommend mahdi to anyone he’s so professional, lovely and realistic! If you want to know anything else let me know, the shape of my boobs bothered me more than the size to be honest! I do have dressings on still so can’t see what they look like until Friday when I get the dressings off at 2 weeks post op but I’ve seen a couple after pics from girls who have had nipple lifts too and they all look fab! I’d definitely recommend it if the shape bothers you. I wouldn’t have got a BA without the nipple lift as I wouldn’t want to still have tubular boobs just bigger! Implants alone don’t correct the problem so I went for it. Xx
