Tubular before and after 13 weeks PO 400CC overs

I have just been given my pre-op pictures at 13 weeks post op and decided that I should share them to help other ladies considering BA. I never took a single picture of my pre op boobs myself as I hated them so much. They were tubular, an A cup and just awful; I still can’t bear to look at the picture of them so it’s took a lot for me to post this but I’m hoping it might help to show other girls in a similar position that there is hope and what the results can be. My results have been better than I ever could have dreamed, I love them. I had 400cc overs with Dr Traynor (no crease movement or uplift just straightforward implants) and they are now a 34E and look like normal breasts. I have lots of pics on my profile throughout recovery and would be happy to answer any questions. P.s I haven’t put emojis over the nipples as I feel that with tubular breasts this a big part of what makes them look so odd so it helps to see the change. Xxx

I’m so made up they finally look normal! I hated wearing a bikini before and could never go out without a bra as they were such an awful shape so it’s helped my confidence no end xxx

You look absolutely amazing. I can understand beforehand but wow. You look incredible. I am currently sitting in my hospital bed having had 400cc and 325cc overs to sort out my asymmetry and this has given me so much hope. I haven’t seen mine yet as I have the Velcro band on still x

It means so much to hear that seeing my pics has helped. I remember looking around for before and after pics of breasts like mine before my op and struggled to find many as bad so that’s one of the main reasons I wanted to share. They look amazing. My boobs are exactly like your pre op and dr traynor is doing my surgery in January. Were you offered the choice of a areola reduction? I’m debating whether to have that also but the scars worry me. After seeing your pics I don’t think I want to bother with the areola reduction as yours look amazing!

Dr Traynor is amazing, I really can’t rate him enough. He didn’t really speak to me about an Areola reduction (although mine are still large as you can see) but to be honest they look a lot more in proportion now my breasts are bigger so I don’t even really notice any more whereas before I hated them because I had more nipple than boob! Ha.

Oh Laura they look amazing!! I had 450cc overs 4 weeks ago with Dr Traynor, if im honest im not in love with them like I imagined I would be, they aren’t looking as full or round as yours do. I can still see my scars so im assuming this means they haven’t dropped fully yet? – your pics have given me some hope, if mine look like yours do at 13 weeks PO ill be over the moon xxx

Aww thank you so much ladies! Nikki, I’m sure you will love them as soon as you’ve had them done as it’s such an instant change when you’ve had boobs like ours pre-op. I even loved them when they were all cone shaped at first because they were still so much better than what I had before!
Kelly, if it helps mine didn’t drop over my scars properly until very recently (about 11 / 12 weeks) and they were still more pointy than round until a similar time too. I would try to be patient until your 3 month post op meeting with the surgeon. I really hope you are loving them by them Hun! Xxx

I’m so happy I stumbled upon this thread – I am having 450cc overs to correct my tuberous breasts and I nearly welled up looking at your before and after photos. It’s like an actual dream!

Aww I am so pleased it’s helped you be more excited about your op, there are so few before and after pics out there for tuberous breasts. I’m sure you will absolutely love them, it makes such a difference for girls like us who are getting implants to finally look normal rather than just for a bigger size. I’m 4 months PO now and this surgery has honestly been one of the best things I’ve ever done- won’t be long for yours now! Xxx

Laura ive just stubbled across this while i look at boob related stuff before my surgery on Tuesday with Dr Traynor for my tubular breasts and its made me feel so reassured that im doing the right thing!!! your results are amazing and I cannot wait for my op now so that i can finally have normal boobs. Congrats for posting the before pics. after reading masses of before and after reviews etc this has been the most hopeful!!

I can’t say enough about how amazing I think Dr Traynor is so I’m sure you will be incredibly pleased with your results. I’m so excited for you as the change after implants to tubular breasts is unreal. This thread has really opened my eyes to how many ladies actually have tubular breasts, I always felt like I was the only one with awful boobs and that it was really rare. It’s lovely to see so many ladies sharing experiences on here xxx

Today I had my consultation although I cancelled my Mya consultation.
I too have tubular and thought I’d need uplift and aerola reduction.
I’ve been told I can have 400cc no lift and not to chance areola reduction as black skin may develop keloid.
I feel so nervous now.
Surgeon wants to see me few more times first.
I haven’t confirmed yet but so scared thinking if I’m doing right thing.
I hate my current boobs.

Thank you very much! I felt nervous before my op too as I had been warned that due to the tubular shape I might develop “double bubble”. I hated my breasts so much though that I knew literally any change would be an improvement.
I think you will find that once your boobs are bigger your areolas look more in proportion and are less noticeable anyway.

Incredible results. I’m currently freaking out. I just had BA 365cc textured subglabdular (overs) lowering crease. Mine were “severe”. I am 12 days post op. I thought I would have a more round bottom from the off and couldn’t find any photographs or girls talking about them settling. This gives me huge hope. Mine are like a bigger version of the original and pointed. My surgeon did stretch out the internal tissue before placing implants.. I hope I get good results in the months to follow. Will post pictures when I receive them as I have none only my surgeon does.

@rach I’m 9wpo and mine are still pointy and a bigger version of the tubular breast I had before. I’ve spoke with the nurse and she said that the implants give you a bigger version of what you had. I explained I wanted round and if I’d of been told this I wouldn’t of wasted my money! I have an appointment with the surgeon next week to discuss this, they are rounder at the bottom but sloping at the top, they’re high profile and every other girl I’ve seen with tubular breast now have very round at the top xx

@Roxanne I’m so sorry to hear you are going through the same thing as me it’s such a bad experience mentally. Let me know how your appointment goes.. did he do anything to the tissues for you before lacing the implant or lower your pockets? Keep in contact by pm.

Wow! Your transformation is goals! I’ve sent you friend request if that’s ok? 😀 I have tubular breast myself and looking into going big just like you maybe size bigger even. I am currently 34C and my boobs are so much on sides that if I don’t wear a bra I am basically flat chested even though I have a C cup boobs… its ridiculous 🙁 I am researching into having surgery and saving funds at the moment. I see you have gone for 400cc do you think with having a C cup atm would it make me like 34F or something? 😀
