Hi guys,
I have had to postpone my surgery big time due to covid which has given me lots of time to research (and panic!). I have mild tubular deformity in both my breasts and asymmetry, I didn’t know there was a name for this until my surgeon told me so I’m glad I’m not alone!
Basically – any gals on here who have tubular breasts that have gone through with the surgery with or without an uplift can I hear some of your stories/ see pcs if you’re willing? I am having a bit of a wobble thinking my tuberous breasts will never look like normal teardrop/ round boobs 🙁
Also – nipples? Mine sit quite far apart on my chest, will they be pushed further out the way or do they push forward? I don’t think I would care if they were in the same position just further forward from my chest but if they became further outward I would have an issue with that..
Sorry for the essay I can’t think about anything else at the moment, if you’ve got this far thank you!
Hi, I had surgery six weeks ago but not with MYA. I also had mild tuberous breasts. I had a modified mastopexy where I had a 300cc HP implant over the muscle and they also lifted my nipple placement and corrected the shape and size. I’m very happy so far and no longer self conscious taking my bra off even thought they’re still healing.
Hiya, I had very mild tuberous breats and was worried my nipped would just face down still after BA. I didnt have a lift or anything and really happy with them!
The surgeon explained that he would place the implant a lot lower down to give more fullness at the bottom and it would also bring my nipples up a bit. It means that I havent got the really high up cleavage that some people get but I didnt mind! Xx
Hi, I had mild tuberous breasts and was also super flat. Literally nothing but skin on top and a tiny bit of underboob, I couldn’t even fill out a bra I just wore bralets. My surgeon went with round implants because teardrop implants would’ve given me a droopy look, and told me at some point I would need a lift but he strongly recommended not having one this time. For context, this was my first ever breast procedure and I also haven’t had any kids yet. So he suggested implants with no lift. Then in however many years, after I’ve had all my children and completely finished breastfeeding and my implants need changing, to have my implants changed and to have an uplift also at that time.
I love my boobs post op and really don’t think a lift was necessary! It depends what kind of look you’re going for I guess. I wanted big boobs but I didn’t want them to look like fake boobs. So I wanted a not so natural size, but a very natural shape. And I feel like that’s what I got. They’re not sat too high, they don’t have that hard circular line at the top, my nipples are in a much better position than they were pre op, and I have minimal scarring because I didn’t go for the lift. Message me if you want pics or have a look on my profile of the threads I’ve created/ posted in! x
I can’t send images in messages so to all the girls that asked, here are my before and afters!
I had coated teardrop with no lift. 15dpo waiting to see results as I’m still taped up!
I have 300cc implants from 8 years ago and I’m now booked in to have 400cc in January. The surgeon said I have mild Tuberous breasts and thinks it was ignored first time round so he offered me lots of options including the lift as well. I’m not going to go for the lift but have decided on intrinsic release which should open the bottom of the pocket more allowing the implant to sit lower and boobs will be a lot more round Like normal! Worth asking about this
I had tubular breasts. Literally no boob, just large nipples! I had 350cc round dual plane which he said would give me fullness at the bottom but not a fake look at the top. Absolutely love mine and it has defo made the shape and my nipples look more in proportion. I had Mr Mileto and he was an absolute boob god. Will attach before and after pics xxx
Oh and he did intrinsic scoring to create a pocket for the implant. As I had tubular breasts with no underboob this created the perfect pocket for where my new boobs would sit! Xx
They look amazing! Can I ask how much cc you got in each breast & who your surgeon was?
