Tubular breasts

Hi all,

I am 5″5 and 9st 7lbs, I have mild tubular breasts and hoping to go from a 34b to 34 DD, is anyone else similar and got any pic results to share? Very anxious about how they will sit after, especially the nipples as I don’t want an uplift. Thankyou x

I was an A/AA, now measuring 30DD, similar height and weight to you. I also have tubular breasts, sometimes I think I should have gone slightly bigger (had 275 & 300 implant size) however because they do still sit to the side idk if bigger would have actually been better. Either way, I am now 7 months post op and I love them and it’s the best thing I ever did ? Here are photos from pre op, 6 weeks post op and 6 months post op x
