Tubular breasts? and experience with Ms lutz?

I went to have my PC appointment yesterday and I loved what I saw when she let me try on the bra with 250ccs and 450ccs and she matched me up with Ms. lutz will be my surgeon I will be seeing her in April I was told that I have Tubular breast can they be harder to operate on?
