Tubular Breasts – Just Implants/No Uplift

Hey all…
My boobs are slightly tubular in shape & don’t have much fullness at the top & not saggy but low down on my chest if that makes sense.. Wanting to just get away with implants if I can.. Do you always have to have an uplift with tubular breasts or can you just have implants..? To be honest it’s the size rather than the shape that I want to change.. I want big boobs so I look more in proportion, but I don’t want big tubular boobs!
Just wondering if there’s any girls who wouldn’t mind sharing their before pics if they had tubular breasts and just had implants 🙂 xxxx

I had tubular breasts without an uplift, but I did have my crease lowered and an areola reduction. I’ve added you so you can have a look at my pictures.

Not sure but from what I’ve seen on here, just implants isn’t good as they’ll still be tubular, you’ll need a little bit of extra work done probably.

Have you spoke to a consultant yet?

Booking a consultation in May.. Would have it done now but both my partner and myself have work commitments & childcare etc so May is the soonest I can look at getting it done!
Looking at having my surgery at Preston with Mr Traynor.. Really hoping that he won’t suggest an uplift and that I can just have implants..
Yours look great on your pics, he’s done a fantastic job, the tubular shape has completely gone 🙂
Obviously won’t know anything until my surgeon consultation so just researching at the moment xxx

Mr traynor is amazing, I can’t recommend him enough. I trusted him completely and he definately made the right decision on what would look the best. He wouldn’t suggest an uplift unless it was needed. I said I thought I’d need one and he just said no you don’t, and told me what would fix it. I went in expecting to need an uplift so I wouldn’t be surprised if I did need one! The only thing is the cost is more if you need a full uplift, so just be prepared for that just incase! 🙂

Don’t forget you can have your consultation and sort everything and book your surgery later on. You’ll need around 3 or 4 trips to the clinic to see your PC, consultant and pre op 🙂

I had grade 1 tubular breast, he didn’t want to scar me so he done a nipple lift from the inside if that makes any sense! I’m 2 years post op x

Hi, I’ve added you as I’d also like to see some pics. I’mlooking at 350-375cc with some kind of scoring under my nipples to help stretch out the lower part of my boobs x

Hi ladies, I’ve added you as I have also been contemplating having this surgery for years. I’d like to book a consultation but I’m just researching ATM. If I could see before and after pics it would be really helpful. X

Check my latest post ladies. That shows implants only as opposed to recommended uplift. Nipples definitely lower but I’m happy. Shows stages from before to currently (15 days).

Hiya – this post has been really interesting mine are small and tubular and lots of the results I have seen here have been great but looked so better than mine to start with.
Been thinking about it for years and this is really useful in plucking up the courage to take the next step. Xx

No worries Hun.. I’m still not sure what I want doing – whether I want just implants or uplift & implants.. Leaning towards the uplift & implants to be honest though.. Want to lose a bit of weight and then go from there xx
