Tubular Breasts, worries about size and lowering crease Started by: Keira

I’ve booked my surgery with Dr Traynor in October and he told me in my consultation that I have slightly tubular breasts and that he will be lowering the crease and the new implant will over time move into the new crease but I should expect to wait longer for my final results than other people.

I’ve been doing a lot of research and some people say that if you’re lowering the crease then not to go for too big of an implant because you can end up with ‘double bubble’ or they will end up too far down or the nipples will end up lower or pointing down so I’m getting worried!

Dr Traynor offered me 350, 375 and 400 so I decided on 400cc because I know most people say go for the biggest size they offer but has anyone else had tubular boobs, gone for the biggest size and had the outcome they wanted or should I change to smaller size? Would be great if anyone can show me their before and afters If they had crease lowered or tubular breasts as well.

    Stats: 5ft 3, 9st, currently 34 A/B cup and wanting to be a 34D or DD.

I need a breast implant revision. Saw a surgeon who said I have some constriction of my lower poles and maybe slight tuberous breasts. Who are the best surgeons for tuberous breasts and revision surgery?
