Ok went in yesterday for TV & BA. Preston is awesome and the staff are amazing to start with. I was very anxious but Mr Mounir put me right at ease, I was taken to theatre where I had a little cry lol but before I knew it I was out waking up! First thing I did was reach for my boobs and they weren’t there 🙁 Once I came round Mr Mounir explained that after completing the tummy tuck he felt that the skin was too stretched and that I should come back and get them done at a later date with no extra charge. I’m happy with this as people this hurts! I don’t think I would be coping so well if he had done both and I trust his judgment totally.
My stomach is flat and I can feel my muscles are totally back together but it feels very tender round my upper abs.
I have been quite comfortable with the staff keeping on top of my pain killers. The nurses are so nice, andrea on night staff is so lovely!
Going to the loo is an interesting and quite painful process and I think my drains are coming out today. I’ve taken a few pics. Before and after type. I’ll try to get more up when I can stand a bit x
