My opp is soon and I want to make sure I’m making the right decision with sizing.
I’m 5”6/7, size 8/10 and maybe 9 and half stone. Currently 32/4C and aiming for 34E.
The pic I’ve attached is with the sizers (top two are 520cc and bottom two are 445cc). I am having teardrop unders. I am wanting to go for the 520cc but just need reassurance I’m making the right choice. I’ve seen a lot of people on here say they would go for bigger rather than smaller, but going above 500 is into larger implants. My surgeon said they come up a bit smaller too after opp. I’m worried 520 will stretch my skin and they will look fake, I’m wanting a natural look.
Also I’m not with MYA.
Any reassurance would be appreciated!

Hi laura, we have simlar stats, im 5 6 weigh arount 9.10 was an empty 32c pre op, i had 400cc unders an i was meassured as a 34E. But i will say, i dont feel that i went big enough an E is definitely not what i thought it was lol i asked to look a dd e an although i measure a decent size i feel i look more a D. I dont see much differencce between those sizes you tried on so id go with the biggest personally. I was worried 400cc was going to be big so i never even tried to get a bigger size an i wish i had! In my clothes i look the same if anything probs a little smaller than i used to in a really padded bra. Xx
@lauradawson Hi Laura, I think either of the two sizes in your pictures look absolutely fine, and totally in proportion to your body. I also struggled deciding a size, and ended up going all the way over to the clinic a few times just to try them on to try and make a decision!! So I know how it can be a struggle to choose. The way I finally decided was to take a few aspects of your life into consideration. For example, the reason you are having a BA, what look you are hoping to achieve, your lifestyle, plans for future, long term results etc. Also remember that you can make a smaller implant bigger in a bra etc, but you can’t make bigger implants smaller. And then there’s the BOOB GREED! Haha! At the end of the day though it’s totally up to you, it’s your life and your body and I’m sure you’ll make the right decision. Keep us updated xxx
@lauraj1987 yeah I asked for DD/E but I feel like although E might sound big it doesn’t actually look big! When I first tried the sizers on it was the 445 and my first reaction was “I think I can go bigger”, so feel like I should just go with gut instinct. I felt like there wasn’t much difference in my clothing with the 445 and I could achieve it now currently with push up bra, so that’s when I tried on the 520. I think it’s just the size 520 sounds big but I’m sure once opp done it won’t be. And also they did look in proportion to my body. Having the 400cc do you find they are manageable if you know what I mean ahha like they don’t get in way too much etc? I suppose you just get used to the size over time!
@jsmily haha yeah I’ve tried the sizers on twice now just to try make sure I was making right decision. I keep going over in my head smaller or larger but I feel I need to just go with my gut and not debate it too much or il start to panic ahha! Thanks for your advice, I appreciate it! You are right it’s all about my life and my body and what will suit me best! I’m just an indecisive person ????

Yeah definitely doesnt look as big as it sounds i thought being an E id have big boobs, to be honest i still feel that my boobs are on the small side! Big improvement on what i had because mine were empty after having 3 children but not the big boobs i had in mind lol if i could go back id be wanting 500+ an no i dont really notice them much they dont get in the way lol i have put a post on earlier with a few pics on if you want to have a look xx
I had 450cc partial, got measured yesterday and in non wired bra’s I am 34E and in wired bra’s 34F that is just based in Debenhams I think sizes vary depending where you get bra’s from. I was a 32B before, and I went with the biggest size I could have xx
