Under armpit pain and incisions hurting 1 week post op

The first 4 days were really rough, I’ve started to fine almost normal since then, however a few days ago I experienced my heart racing and shaking, and today my armpits hurt as if I’ve got a swollen lymph node, and my incisions are starting to hurt. I’m wondering if I might have overworked myself and started moving about too soon. Should I be concerned ??

It sounds really likely that you’ve overdone it especially with you being only 1WPO. Ideally you should still be doing the bare minimum and not lifting your arms much at all. I’m currently 4WPO and I knew in the early days when I’d overdone it because I’d 100% feel it, everything would feel more sore & bruised after a busy day x
