Under or over

Hello! I’m in on the 26th Nov for 240 overs…. I’m just wondering if they look bigger under or over? I’m only 5ft 32 b and te surgeon said I’ll achieve a good c small d with 240 over… If I went under I’d lose some implant and would have to go slightly bigger? Anyone with overs have any pics or advice?! Thank you! Xx

I’m only in for a day case and I’ve been offered 350 max unders. Not long now for us, I can’t wait! X

Unders give more of a natural look also very much depends on what profile your having high profile moderate or moderate plus, there is also Somthing called partial which means half and half under the muscle and over, I am having 275-300cc moderate plus under the muscle I’m 5’7 and weight 8 stone so quite slim I’m currently 34b I have no idea what size I’ll be after lol but I think I will go for 300cc

Nor me I’m getting so excited now! It’s been a long time coming – I first met a surgeon 2 years ago! I’m having overs…. Surgeon told me recovery was easier and he will decide profile
On the day I just need to decide a size….. my mom had hers done and had a similar size implant with overs and they don’t look fake at all so I’m happy with it….have you guys bought Macom bras? What are you taking on the day? I have no idea what to take! X
