Under or over muscle ???

Had my sugeron consultation today with Gary Traynor, decided to go for 350cc he has told me overs but I haven’t had an explanation and what the difference is and what to expect from having overs? Can anyone help me please

I’m booked with dr Mounir for 31st May and I’m having 400cc unders I’m currently a deflated 32 b/c and I said I wanted a full but natural look which is why he suggested unders

I’m only 34b currently and said I wanted a full but natural look also, just worried after reading about overs that there going to look really fake x

Mine said partials for me also because I have stechmarks already so itl be best for them also and because I want more natural looking xx

I literally hardly had information on it at all. I was told overs and not even told why or given another option. Might have too have another consultation as I’m so confused on what’s best x

I had 450 and 500cc high profile overs on 12th April. I was convinced I wanted under as had heard it was a more natural look but when I had my consultation, my surgeon suggested overs as he said I had enough breast tissue to cover the implant and that’s normally he said, what it boils down too. He said there is no point cutting the muscle to go under if the implant will be easily hidden going over the muscle but packed in under the breast tissue. most girls end up with under as they don’t have much breast tissue to start with. unders is s slightly longer and harder recovery in most cases as they cut the muscle so there is naturally mpre trauma and healing time. Once I knew i was having overs, I researched obsessively on here to make sure they didn’t look fake and stuck on and was so surprised that you really cannot tell the difference! mine don’t look fake at all, they look really natural. Do your research on here. look at lots of pics of girls similar stats to you that have had similar size implants and had overs or unders. you’ll get an idea of which you prefer x

Thank you so so much for that! Makes me feel a lot better. I prefer the idea of overs due to recovery etc and not cutting into muscle but was worried that would look bigger if there overs. I’ve spent hours on here and instagram just trying to find similar girls so will just keep obsessing over them haha x

Hey I had consultation yesterday and he recommended overs to my shock as I think my boobs are tiny – 32a/b but he said I had enough tissue to cover overs and they would still look natural and not stuck on . I am scared though as I had it in my head I’d have no choice but unders and my worst fear is looking fake . I’m 5.2, 8.10 stone size 8/10 and he recommended 300cc overs which I think would increase me 2 cup sizes. I am tempted like you to have another consultation to get a second opinion! X

Hi, I had 300cc HP overs last sunday and I think mine are looking quite natural! I told the surgeon my main desire was to have natural looking boobs and he said that overs would give me that look as I had enough muscle tissue. Mine are only 9days PO and they even feel really good too, not even hard at all!
I worried so much before having mine done about how they would look, if they would suit my frame etc, but the advice I would stress the most is trust your surgeon. They know what they are doing and aren’t going to do something you’re not happy with!

I was also shocked and I’m just about a B cup! I’m very similar stats to Gem, I just weigh abit more, he also offered me 300cc but wanted to just go a little bigger but now I’m nervous I may have gone too big! He hardly even explained about overs to me he wrote it on paper and that was it! Haha maybe I should of asked more but he was quite stern so I just went along with him

I am more towards overs now as I’d like them to feel more natural and just not hard stuck on boobs! Thank you!

I think overs are if you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant so less painful and unders if u don’t have enough tissue to hide he implant only difference xx

That’s what I was told at my appointment as she said u have enough tissue x

I think it’s a bit of a myth that overs look fake and stuck on… After seeing probably hundreds of boob photos over the past 3 months or so It would be nearly impossible to point out which ones are unders and which ones are overs! There’s also no getting away with the fact that they ARE fake with either!! What determines fake? A tiny framed girl with massive boobs? A big girl with big boobs? We are all built differently naturally anyway! There are risks with both placements they are pretty much 50/50 I think it’s more important to weigh up the risks rather than how “fake” they might look. Xx
