Under or over the muscle?

Can people upload their pictures of under or over the muscle because I cannot decide!!! I have 32A and wanting to be around a 32D so thinking of having 335cc implant

Hi Georgia, I had 325 under the muscle I’m 8 weeks post op now and love them, recovery really wasn’t bad at all especially for what I had heard about going under the muscle, here’s a pic of around 4 weeks post op

Steph there amazing ! I’m hoping for January surgery with Mr Traynor I’m currently a 32 Basically flat so think I’ll be going under the muscle. It’s so hard deciding what’s big enough! I want D/DD xx

Heyyy, i had 350/375cc under the muscle. Nearly 10 months post op and they’ve dropped so naturally!! I was 34B and now im measuring at 34DD x

Thank you Neysa! Was a flat 34a before hand and now measuring 34D! Trust what Mr Traynor advises he really knows his stuff and is a boob god! So glad I went with him! I was offered 300-350 so just went down the middle! X

Hi, photos are amazing. Can I ask if yous have smooth or textured implants?
I’m 36A now and I’ve been offered 405cc and my surgeon has recommended dual plane and textured implants.
