    Hi Guys,
I am really trying to do my research into breast implants but there is so much information.. I really want to know whether implants over the top or under muscle are best? I want it to be noticeable/obvious I have had them done and for them to be perky but not so much that its like too fake and just sits like balls on my chest
However my breasts have a bit of a droop to them, so I really don’t know what I would need?

What have you guys had done/what has your surgeon said to you regarding this? Thanks x

It depends on how much breast tissue you have, my surgeon recommended under the muscle for me and I think it was because I go to the gym quite often and I had 350cc round high profile implants. I’m 3 weeks post op and I’m so pleased with my results so far 🙂

Hi lovely! I’ve just had my op 6 days ago, I’m naturally flat on top and bottom heavy so upper boob was really important to me and I mentioned I didn’t mind a little bit of the fake look, as I didn’t want them looking too natural or droopy! He explained to me that under the muscle requires cutting your pectoral and placing the implant underneath, so the muscle is essentially flattening it in place slightly (so you get a slight slope at the top)! Over the muscle you achieve more of a rounded look up top, which is what I wanted so that’s what I went with, I also train so over the muscle was a better option for me as I had enough breast tissue! Hope this helps! Xx
