Right girls, I have been giving the choice of placement for my implants but don’t know what to choose!! I have asymmetry in my breasts, my left is slightly smaller and further away from the centre than the right. Mr Mounir explained that this is due to the left side of my rib cage being higher! This is where it comes down to the placement!! Mr Mounir explained to me that because of this if I went under the muscle there is a chance my implant would still be slightly over to the side as my muscle would push it! But I’m scared to go over as I don’t have much breast tissue so I’m scared you will see the implants too much!!! Any advice!
