Under the muscle , moderate plus 350-375cc

If anyone had got these implants or similar could you please share some photos?! I have been advised under and moderate plus but I’m really scared I’ll still look flat! Aghhhh I’m booked for September but seeing my surgeon again next week. Advice would be very appreciated! Xx

Hey I had moderate 380 not much difference to 350 and 375, but I had overs, I didn’t wnat unders, I’ve attached a before and after, but if you search your sizes in the forum might find some pics of unders aswell, hope that helps xx

@jamieelise yours look amazing! My surgeon said I need to go under and he said I couldn’t go over.. I didn’t push to go over but I seem to see more people going over than I under! Xx

Hi sophie just had 400cc under the muscle yesterday at 3pm they look much more natural then above. Bit sore but the look looks brill. Only a picture in the bra. Good luck x

Thankyou Sophie! They say unders do look natural as it hides the top of the implant more, sizes look so different on everyone, depending on weight and height but the surgeon will know what is best for your body type xx

Jessica, I hope your comment about ‘above’ wasn’t about my pictures? I personally think mine look very natural and I’m very happy with them, a negative comment can give girls a complex about such a big change to their body : /

Jamie sorry about that wasnt aiming it at anyone. I wouldnt want to upset anyone. Yours look very natural tbh so realy isnt about you and most overs. But they do say they give a more natural look i was only repeating what my dr told me. Sorry for any upset

Its up to each peroson what they would prefer theres no wrong choice i was just stating what i had done and im happy with mine. I think both overs and unders are beautiful.

Thank you @JamieElise and @Jessica! Jamie Elise- I think Jessica was referring to ‘above the muscle’ rather than the ‘above photos’. I think your’s look amazing , like I this is why I don’t know whether I should push to go above the muscle instead, but my surgeon seemed pretty straight up that there was no negotiation! How did you both deal with the pain? xx

Just read propperly what i out i ment above the muscles sorry hun. And im in quite a bit of discomfort got two kids at home so got my mum on hand to help. I feel really tierd and chest is really tight!! X

That’s ok, i probably read it wrong aswell, so sorry! bet you were thinking what is she on about! ! I had some pain relief the day after and that was all I had, they were just tight and achey if that makes sense? It depends on your breast tissue I think I had enough that I could go over the muscle, for the best result go for what your surgeon suggests xx

hey girls i have over the muscle and they look natural i dont think that under the muscle give a more natural appearance necessarily x

@jessica how are you getting on, how’s your recovery going?

To you have any more up to date progress pictures? I’ve been advised to have unders Moderate plus 400cc. Haven’t really seen a lot of pic of moderates only high profile.
