Unders?

Hi ladies, when I seen my pc she told me I’d probably be having unders due to the lack of breast tissue. But I’m a little confused to how its actually done, is the muscle cut to get the implant under?x

Hi Hun, I’m having 450cc HP unders on the 20th Jan. When they put the implant under the muscle they don’t have to cut it. Your pectoral muscle only comes half way down your breast so is like a flap that the surgeon just lifts up and slides the implant under xx

It depends if you are having partial or fully under the muscle with partials you Breast tissue doesn’t cover the implant at the bottom I have fully under the muscle so my whole muscle covers my implant and I can’t feel it at the bottom x

Did they cut your muscle to get it fully under?xx

I’m having complete unders and mr Traynor told me that he will just lift the muscle as its like a flap. No cutting needed xx

Here you go. Your pectoralis major muscle doesn’t come all the way down the breast. So it just slides underneath xxx
