Unders or overs.. what's the difference in the look?

I’ve just had my consultation with dr traynor and he suggest to go over as I have enough breast and he normally goes under for women who don’t have enough. Every girl I’ve spoke to seem to go under and I like majority I’ve seen so far, I want that nice balance of fake and natural! I like a little roundness to them and like the cleavage!! Don’t know which will be best for me

I am due to have overs, my surgeon only does unders when necessary. He said there isn’t much difference in the look if you have enough tissue to cover the implant 🙂 Unders is a much more intrusive operation with longer and more uncomfortable recovery (usually) trust your surgeons suggestion. I always assumed i would have unders as they seem more common but he has been doing implants for 15years so i trust his judgement 🙂

I had 400cc hp overs with Mr Traynor (375 in my left due to that one being bigger!) I honestly thought I wanted unders as everyone says they are more natural looking but im so glad I went over! im only two weeks post op but I don’t have a big gap and I wanted that balance of fakeness and natural too! recovery is much easier for overs ive heard, not that that influenced me in any way as getting the right look was more important to me! whats your stats? what size as he offered? im 5″2 and 9 stone 4. Mr Traynor said overs would be better for me, I trusted him and im glad I did! only thing is… I wsh I would of asked for bigger… he gave me 325, 350,375 or 400… I tried the sizers on in the clinic and 400 felt massive but I decided to go with them and honestly they don’t feel as big as the sizers! xx

I’m 4wpo today an I had 485UHP overs. I think the most recent picture I have is of 19DPO (I haven’t taken any since)
I’m so glad I went with overs because my surgeon gave me the option although he did advise overs would be better.
I have very little gap without a bra and with a bra I get an amazing clevage.
I would always go with what your surgeon suggest, after all they are the professionals lol.
In regards to size, no matter how many stories you read you never hear anybody say they wish they had gone smaller.. quite the opposite as many ladies wish they had gone bigger. Xx

I’m about 5.5/6 and 9 stone 3 ish! I always thought I would have unders and all the girls I’ve asked seem to have unders, he said I can have either which now I’m confused with. I think I’ve seen so many different results in each person I don’t know what to base it on.
I think I’ll go with my surgeons decision but I’m scared in case they look stuck on xx

I’ve had overs, there’s a massive debate about the difference between overs and unders, from what I’ve gathered and seen, the only difference really is that ladies with overs have enough tissue to cover the implant! Your surgeon would only recommend what’s best for you. Will attach a picture of mine, I’m only 1wpo so there’s loads of changes to come but I’m really happy with them!

I had unders, and love them. Feel free to add me and see my pictures. Early days for me though. But recovery with unders is apparently more painful (I won’t lie it was horrible for the first week and a half) xx

I had mr traynor 14 weeks ago now Hun I went in wanting a average size implant under the muscle after speaking to him he suggested i have 600cc overs for my stats and I’m honestly so glad I trusted him as my boobs are perfect look soo natural and right for me people are under the illlusion that having over the muscle makes the look fake when it’s not the case st all as long as you have enough breast tissue to cover he implant they can look just as natural as having unders xxx

I had partials (thought I’d throw that in there aswell lol) my recovery was fine also and I think mine are a good size but still quite natural they don’t look stuck on xx (I also had mod plus xx

This is mine 7 days post op babe, I totally get what you mean I was shocked when he said overs but I said I don’t want a big gap and he said overs create a better cleavage. Yes go back and speak with your surgeon he’s seen thousand of girls with similar stats etc to you 🙂 xx

All these overs pics give me boob envy.. I love my unders but you girls with over look great (sadly overs wasn’t an option for me) worked out how to add a pic so you can see. Excuse my complete lack of clothes lol. X

Hi Chloe, he didn’t mention partials to me but I’ve see that he does do them! So gonna ask about them, what size did you go too? Do you have any pictures ? Such a hard decision I’m having mine done December! X

What size implants did you have??

Hi everyone, I’m having my op on the 13th December and my surgeon has recommended putting the implants over my breast tissue and said I would feel the implant in the side and under the boob when it’s healed. I don’t want to feel it.

Do you guys feel your implants or has your partner said they can feel the implant?

Hi Stephanie. I just had 350 cc overs. I am nearly 14 days PO. I was worried about size and if overs were right, but I’m happy with them so far . They haven’t given me much trouble and they look good so far. Trust what your surgeon suggests is right for you.
