What’s the difference between unders and partials? I thought I knew but I’ve recently heard that unders are never usually actually fully underneath the muscle anyway :s anyone know what the difference is and what will look more natural with round mentor implants? Also can I decide on the day or will I have to make another appointment to see my surgeon? X

Partials and unders are the same thing, it’s just a different termnology. They used to place implants fully under the muscle years ago but given it caused a lot of issues this is no longer done. A partial placement is where the implant is placed under the muscle at the top portion and left over at the bottom, when you hear someone refer to unders, they do mean partials, it’s a little confusing but it’s all one and the same 🙂 So long story short – you either get full overs or partials. Hope this helps. x

Yes I’ve read the same.. Thu no longer do them fully under unless it’s a reconstruction type of surgery.
