Unders, overs or duel plane?

Hi all,

I have my op booked for 29/09 for duel plane 375, but now I’m wondering if I should go for overs as this is quicker recovery.

Can anyone that’s had duel plane let me know what their recovery was like.

I might be over thinking it now?! Is it worth asking for a virtual consultation with my surgeon to discuss ?
