Underwire bra

Hi all,

Just a quick one, how long is it until you can start wearing proper bras again? Is it 6 weeks post op?

I am 8 weeks post op and only just started wearing bras with wires again. And you have to sort of wean yourself. It is best to still wear your high impact sports bra as must as poss. I have a physical job so wear my bra for work and bed. I just wear my pretty bras on a weekend x

I have had a under wire bra on few hours today and taking it off now and slipping on my sports bra. At first you hate your sports bra and get fed up of waiting to wear nornal bras. Then your sports bra is your best friend x

How many sports bras do you think I will need? I have two Macom and then two cheap ones from sports direct x

That should be fine hun. I had one from asda a shock absorber ultimate and 3 usa pro one from sports direct. The sports direct ones are the ones I use most now and shock absorber for gym x
