I’m six weeks post op today and have been to get measured to buy a ‘real’ bra. I was so excited I got carried away buying pretty underwear, but when I went to my check up with the nurse this evening she advised not to wear anything with underwire for the next few months.
Does anyone know if this is right? I saw a different nurse at my 4 week check up and I’m sure she told me 6 weeks was fine to wear normal bras.
Any advice would be great.
