Unhappy – uplift & implants

I’m 9 weeks post op & left feeling really disappointed & hating my boobs more than I did pre op.
For one – they still look saggy
Two – they feel too big
Three – i feel the implant has settled too far out, and close to my armpit.
I have an app with my surgeon next month but really scared he will just dismiss my concerns & in turn be left with a body I’m unhappy with.
Its alot of that money to pay to be this unhappy ????
I would love to hear your stories & see your pics if you are in a similar situation to me.
