Unhelpful pc. Need some help please.

Hi Girls, Really angry, my pc has been lovley and couldnt do or help me enough as I was booking my ba, but now its paid for and I have my ba in 3 days emailing her getting me no where. I emailed her twice about a personal subject and no reply!? So Ill ask you girls on here, I have very sensitive skin to the point where clothes and bedding can itch my skin and leave me in rashes I didnt think of this in my pre op as I was taking it all in but will the strapping itch my skin even more?! A little worried Thanksx

Hey huni ring up the place and ask for a nurse all this should have been sorted out with your pe op you also can buy chest band that is used instead of all the strapping I went with a company that use this instead of all that strapping you could ask them to get you one in if not u can buy them on line with the hospital group shop there only about £12 x

I would ring up and check, ask to speak to the mya nurse! I have a support bra which is fine but also a compression strap which is making me itchy, I also suffered with itchiness from the anaesthetic. Maybe take some antihistamines before you go in if you can? Ask first though!! X

My PC is useless.

It seems to be the same with a few of the MYA PC’s have done this. As soon as you sign the dotted line and hand over the cash they don’t wanna know. Its poor customer service xxxx

I’ve emailed mine with a question about meeting my surgeon and had no response at all. Last time I contacted her I didn’t get a reply for so long that I contacted MYA through their facebook page asking them to fix the problem.

She’s lovely, but I have to chase her at the minute because I’m waiting to see my surgeon.

My PC seemed nice till booking fee paid and she has not replyed to txs or emailed me my customer care plan etc as asked by management of her and it was head office who has actually dealt with it for me and i actually dont feel like going thru her at all now gone ryt off her! X

Since I transferred payment I’ve not heard from mine, my pre op was booked by someone else at mya who called… I emailed her asking for a receipt but never got a reply so had to call up n the receptionist sent it to me, if I have any problems ill probably just call mya rather than my pc … I got an apology of my nurse at the pre op though because they kept having different people call me rearranging the pre op!! X

hi,mine was all over me and ringing me all the time but as soon as i made payment i never heard of her again .i rang her and emailed her but didnt get a repy.
i had to contact head office for my receipt for my payment.i also had to ring them the day before for my opp to find out my admission time.
iwas promised a phone call of the nurse the day after my opp but didnt recieve one.
when i turned up for my 10 day appointment with the nurse ,the one nurse had left and hadnt booked me in with new nurse even though i had an email confirming the appointment.
i have never been given a custmor care plan at all.have been really dissapointed in them

Not just myn then..yea ill prob deal with everything thru mya hu have been good tbh but at the end ov the day my pc should b on it but she has gon from txin me at 10pm at nyt to not replying about vital information n i can rarely get thru to nottingham n so go thru mya xx not great hey!

I had Cassandra in Cardiff and she was great but didn’t hear off her once everything was booked ….. But maybe it’s cos she’s left as you’ve mentioned smoggs?! I wonder why! She seemed really nice and was really helpful with getting everything sorted at the start x
