University/ return to work!

Hey girlies, if any of you are at university how long did you take off and also how long before you returned to work? I work at a supermarket so I know I am going to need time off because I won’t be able to lift! xxxxx

I’m at uni and I had a week off 🙂 I tried at day 3 but I only lasted an hour as I was in too much pain, so I took the week off. Went back at 7dpo and was fine xxx

Hey, I’m at uni but had my surgery in the Christmas break. I also work part time in a supermarket and I went back after 2 weeks but just didn’t lift anything heavy and tried to stay mostly on the till when I could xx

I’m at uni and also work in a supermarket, I went back to uni after just over a week, and I was due to go back to work today after 2 weeks but on my week check up my nurse advised me to have 3 weeks off work due to the only light duty job is being on the till for me and it involves obviously a lot of arm movements and heavy things coming through the till too, but pain wise I could of definitely gone back today I just didn’t want to chance any risks as my incisions seem to be healing slowly! Xx

I went back to work 3 days later… it wasn’t easy but I managed 🙂
I had unders too, and I did feel v sore and tired but it’s do-able!
