Unrelated..done something stupid ladies

This morning at the train station whilst trying to avoid a pervy old boy, I run into the stairs & pulled my big toe nail away from the sides but its still attached to the nail bed ugh! Had a panic attack & everything lmao! It’s so painful crikey, any nurses/first aiders on here that can offer me some reassurance that my toe isn’t going to fall off or that it’s not going to hurt too much when the nail eventually drops off? I’m SO squeamish, even more so now then after my op wtf?! Haha hope you’re all doing well chickens & not laughing too much at my misfortunes 😉 I work in a spa too & go barefoot, this is so going to ruin my rep…ugly toes & acne back yummmmy 😛 xxx

Oh Ducky I shouldn’t be laughing but I am! also cringing with sympathy pain like Misfion!! You poor little chicken!!! Go to the doctors perhaps or maybe plaster it up? Never a dull moment in your life is there!! hehe. I hope your ok! sending hugs!! xxx

Ahh sorryyy @misfion lol I tried to act cool (there were people everyyywhere lol) even though my foot felt like it was on fire, this bloke has a screw loose & is at the train station everyday n on my commute to work..freaks me out so had to try avoid him, if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be in this mess ugh! Dramas xx

Ducky dramas* 😉 @marie hahaa my life is far from boring!! I rung nhs direct & they told me to look out for infection/swelling etc & keep changing the dressing but I’ll leave that to my boss, if I came off with the plaster I’d pass out bleughhhh xx

Honey plasters wont stay on as there not sticky enuf.. Keep it clean and dry. If u have a friend who works at hospital ask them to gwt u some tegaderm dressings.. That way ul stil b able to shower etc as its water proof. Failing tht..get good strong aheasive plasters anf a small bandage to keep in place..it will prob b pain in ass with shoes on etc..try pad it for at least a wk as it will rub on ur footwear. The nail will blacken and fall off and it usually takes a while to do so..but when it does it shouldnt hurt as its dead nail.. It cud of been worse..u cud of hit ya head..fallen over burst a boob out and knocked urself out.haha. It was very funny to read..hope ur ok huni.x

Haha I’ve got a bandage on it & plaster tape around it :/ it’s proper killing again now feeling so sorry for myself & worried to get into bed incase I catch it or my clumsy dog does, I’m so glad it was just my nail could’ve been a lot worse as you say, thank god I’m more weary about my boobie doobs lol ! Come on nail fall off fast need it gone I just know ima catch it constantly bleughhh, I’ll be fine poppet thankyou just need to stop being such a baby xx
