Nearly 4 weeks post op. New picture uploaded of the twins haha. Very pleased have dropped a lot, also !! They really do change every day. My routine is completely back to normal now. Even carrying or pushing heavy things with ease and without a problem !! 6 week check up in 2 weeks. Hope everyone post op is doing well and everyone pre-op is looking forward !
