Uplift & 300cc implants? Currently 34C any photos?

Hi! I have my surgery booked for 21st December with Mr Giannas. My boobs have dropped since losing 3 stone (I’m now 8 stone 9) and are now an empty C, with one being bigger than the other so I’m desperate for the surgery to improve my self confidence. I just had my consultation and I’ve been recommended bigger than what I thought, is anyone similar to me with 300cc HP overs and an uplift? Any photos please? Xx

Hi hun, I’m having my op on the 27th of this month, I am also a 34c/d, the main reasons I’m having mine is asymmetry and improving my self confidence. I am having 340cc in one and whichever equalises in the other. I’m also having an uplift in both, a full normal uplift in one and a donut uplift in the other. I’m hoping to get to a DD. I was worried that 340cc will be too big but after doing my research and trusting my surgeon I think that it’s going to be just fine. My advice is to just trust your surgeon as they are the ones who know best really, maybe stress/highlight to them what size you want to be or the size you don’t want to be. Once I’ve had my op I’ll upload some photos if you want to add me. Hope it goes well for you xxx

I’ve got my final consultation before my surgery tomorrow with the surgeon so I’m finalising profile and where it will be positioned tomorrow!! I’m hoping to have HP and under the muscle as this is the look I most prefer from what I’ve seen!! And I’ve heard under the muscle reduces the risk of capsular contracture too I think xx

Hi girls! I have my surgery booked for this Thursday, I’m so nervous because I’m worried I’ve gone to big!
I’m having hp under 350cc with an uplift. I’m currently an empty 32 C/D, I’m hoping to be a full D or DD. I’ve spent hours on here looking at other people’s states and story’s. Everyone’s outcomes are so different so it’s hard to tell what size I’ll come out as.
I’m really debating contacting my nurse to change the implants to 300cc.

Either way I can update you both with my process as we seem similar states!

Amazing! It’s so hard to decide as everyone turns out so different. I don’t want to regret going too small and not getting the shape I want but I don’t want them massive! I’m excited for you for Thursday keep us updated 🙂 xx

Omg you must be so happy! They look amazing they suit your frame so well! Seeing yours I think I will definitely go with the 300cc if that’s what I’ve been recommended 🙂 I can’t wait now! Hope your recovery isn’t too bad x

I too am having 300cc overs on 16th Nov with an uplift. I keep having boob related dreams and always feeling ‘am I going the right size for my frame?’im currently a 34B and have a small frame. I’m not overly bothered what size bra I am, but I kinda want to feel like I’ve got my monies worth. Know what I mean?!!

I am in the exact same frame of mind!! I’m more upset about my drop than anything else, it’s not that I want big boobs but I also don’t want to spend all that money and not see enough of a change! Terrified I’ll feel top heavy that’s all 🙁 no matter how long I think about it I can’t make my mind up – I’m hoping I’ll just know when it comes down to it! Xx
