Uplift 32H(with/without implant pics)

Hi, I desperately need my boobs lifted! I don’t want them to be smaller in anyway, I am undecided if I should go for implants as I like the round high look! I can’t find any before/afters of someone my size (I’m about 5’5 and a size 4/6) please if you’re near my size and had a lift even if it’s without implants please post a before/after pic. Also recommendations if I should go for implants? I have loose saggy skin but feel as if I do have a good amount of breast tissue I’m just worried if I don’t go for implants then they will look flat but also worried if I go for implants it will be too heavy and make them sag again

I’m a 32h and I’m having a reduction and uplift on the 7th February. I’m in agony most nights with my back I too like the round high look but I’ve no room for a implant xxx

How did your procedure go? I’m a currently a 32F and looking into uplift— but haven’t seen many pictures of people my size etc?
