Uplift and implant help!

I had 450cc implants 3 years ago, not happy with how my boobs look at all & am now having an uplift with slightly smaller implants.. has anyone had this done at have pics of their breasts with just the implants then a pic after the uplift & implants? Not sure if it will be worth the extra money!

I’m having an uplift and implants in 3 weeks. He said max he’ll go is 35p but I wanted bigger! He said he was worried they would basically sag quicker again! Do you mind me asking why your not happy 3 years on? X

I wasn’t happy from around 6weeks po, I wanted more volume up the top but that didn’t happen, I also have cc in my left boob which is painful & the reason they have agreed to do revision surgery, I just have had to pay for the uplift. My surgeon (different one to original surgeon) this time round has said to go smaller due to the weight of the implant & they could sag again, I’m now booked in for 24th April. Hope all goes well for you! X
