Has anyone got pics of an uplift but without implants? Please 🙂 Don’t want implants, they have to be replaced every 20 years dont they?

I was advised to have implants if you have an uplift as there will really be very little breast left. I’m a D so depends on size I guess x

Implants don’t have to be replace every 20 years, it’s guideline too replace them at some stage, but there’s plenty of people with older less tested implants from decades ago, and they have them in. My auntie had breast cancer in 1994 and still has the same implant and as it still looks brill, won’t be changing it in the near future.
Most girls tend to change them sooner for cosmetic reasons, like sagging, but there is nothing to say you have too.
Like everything has a guideline on usage, no-one really sticks to them, who actually changes their toothbrush every twelve weeks? Mine is twice a year on a good year (lol!) despite using it daily xx

I have just had an uplift with no implants mr traynor said I didn’t need them – I haven’t had my follow up yet so nothing to show as yet but I’ll happily share with you later this week. He also felt I’d be better like this as there is nothing wrong with the size and there was very little fat on them. I’d have to say from what I can see it looks great and very little loss of size – if anything they look bigger due to repositioning. Mr t thought I’d end up prob 1/4 up size down. Hope this helps – pm me if you want photos later in the wee. Hope it helps!
